We are a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm operating statewide with offices in Tallahassee, Keystone Heights and DeLand, Florida. Upon its inception the firm was structured as a local company, serving local and regional bank clients as well as the surrounding local municipalities. As the firm grew, we expanded to serve state governmental agencies such as the Florida Department of Transportation, South Florida Water Management District, Department of Environmental Protection and Florida Inland Navigation Department, just to name a few.
